Delete to signature?

Hi,

If I am replying to a message and, say, only responding to some bit near
the top, what is the best way of deleting every from there down to just
before my own signature at the bottom?

I see there doesn't seem to be a complement which kills to the top of
the message, which might be handy too for us bottom-posters. Is that
right?
